How to buy

1. Prices
All our prices and costs are in Euro. Any transport costs must be added to these, both for private customers and for businesses.

2. Payments
Payments are by cash on delivery (Italy only) or bank transfer.

3. Delivery times
The pages describing each article show average delivery times after placing your order. These are approximate times and not a firm commitment on our part. In case of unforeseen difficulties, we can assume no liability for delayed or omitted deliveries, and we have the right to totally or partially cancel, suspend or postpone your orders.
In case of multiple orders (with the purchase of several products), the longest delivery time indicated for the articles ordered will apply.

4. Discounts
The pages describing each article give a search option to locate your bike make. Articles listed in the search results show the price in EURO inclusive of DISCOUNTS.

5. Guarantees
12 months on quality:
All products are guaranteed for 12 months after their delivery date against defects in materials or manufacturing. Products developing faults during this guarantee period will be repaired or replaced free of charge, with only transport costs to be borne by the buyer. The guarantee does not cover defects caused by improper use, and we decline all liability for damage caused by such improper use. We can accept no liability for consequences or damage deriving from the goods we supply, such liability remaining with the relative manufacturers. Before returning products, it is essential to contact us to agree on return procedures. Products must be returned with suitable packing, accompanied without fail by a copy of the original receipt and a clear description of the fault or faults found.
7 days evaluation:
If you are not satisfied with a product, because defective or non-compliant with the descriptions given at the moment of purchase, it can be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will credit you with the sum paid, excluding transport costs, which are not reimbursable. Before returning products, it is essential to contact us to agree on credit procedures. Products must be returned unused and in their original packing, with suitable external packaging. Returned products are shipped at your expense, using your preferred means of transport. Inside the package, a copy of the original receipt must be included.

6. Privacy
All personal data you supply will be treated in full legal compliance and correctness, taking all measures necessary to guarantee the greatest confidentiality. Personal data will be stored on computers at our head office for the sole purpose of permitting us to fulfil obligations necessary for despatch of your orders. Data will be communicated only to persons directly involved in your order fulfilment (couriers, postal services, banks and similar).

7. Shipments
When confirming your orders, in addition to the price of goods you will also find "TRANSPORT COSTS". The total calculated in your order confirmation (transmitted to you by e-mail) will also include these transport costs.
